Hello! It’s lovely to meet you.

We’re a team (alongside Kate) of perinatal professionals, living in Toronto and the Toronto area.

Here are some things you should know about us:

  • We bring a wide breadth of knowledge on prenatal, birth, postnatal care and parenting. We offer prenatal education, birth support, lactation and infant feeding care, postpartum support and sleep education.

  • We are committed to providing evidence based and compassionate care. Our aim is to be 100% supportive with 0% judgement.

  • We are committed to your wellbeing. In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we respect and follow public health guidelines.

  • We offer sliding scale services for families in need of support, but unable to access our fees. Please be in touch if this applies to you.

The process:

Mother hugging her baby and smiling in Toronto. Doula and Lactation Support.

Initial call. Your first step is to email or set up a phone call with Kate. She’ll check in to hear what you’re looking for and ask all the questions to set you up with the right doulas, prenatal or infant sleep educator or lactation consultant, that serves your area and will best meet your needs.

Set up your meet and greet. Our meet and greets currently take place over the phone, Zoom, Google Meets or FaceTime and they run for approximately 15-30 minutes, depending on the service your interested in. This is where you’ll ask all of your questions and importantly, see if it’s a good fit.

Schedule your visits. Once you’ve chosen the doula, educator or lactation consultant that you click with the most, you’re on your way to accessing your support! You’ll fill in a few intake forms, make your initial payment and schedule your visits. You will communicate with your support person via text, phone and/or email for your ongoing support.

Keep the lines of communication open. We cannot emphasize this enough. Please continue to communicate your needs, update any changes to scheduled visits well in advance, and offer your feedback, to Kate and whomever else you’re working with. This will ensure that you and your family are supported fully.
