Breastfeeding & Feeding Support
Learning to feed a baby is a steep curve. It can be hard work! But here’s the truth - it’s possible for it to be tear free - for both you and baby!
Here’s what we might tackle in our sessions, to get you there:
Eliminating nipple and breast pain
Latching tips, tricks & positions for breastfeeding
Managing & assessing tongue ties
How to know that your baby is getting enough milk
Knowing when and how to use tools (i.e. tubes, bottles, pillows) to support your feeding journey
Pumping, flange fitting, introducing bottles & solid foods
A huge bonus - we won’t ever leave you hanging, after we’ve met with you. Our packages include a follow up check in, by phone and/or email.

After our first in person session, she was so responsive and attentive as I tested things out. She really boosted my confidence and helped me work out what was best for me and my baby.” - Rosie and baby A, Toronto

“Both my husband and I were very happy with the post-natal support received from Kate after the birth of our twins. She was a helpful resource not only with breast feeding but also with pumping and eventually weaning. She is very responsive, kind and gentle and it made us feel calmer throughout the entire experience knowing she was a call or text away! She always had great advice and would definitely recommend Kate to anyone looking for support!” - Amy and her baby twins, Toronto
